I’m a creative strategist, producer, writer, editor, and consultant based in Brooklyn. With a background in culinary arts, wellness, experiential production, and over 6 years in editorial, my work explores how food, movement, and storytelling shape belonging. Previously, I served as Fitness Editor at Women’s Health, where I shaped digital and print coverage, interviewed leading experts, and developed multi-platform video franchises that brought science-backed wellness to a wide audience.
Beyond editorial, I’ve spent the past several years building a rich practice across culinary and creative spaces: private cheffing, producing pop-up dinners, crafting narratives and positioning for early-stage wellness and CPG brands, and consulting on content strategy, brand messaging, and social-first creative. I co-founded a boutique creative freelance collective, Benita Studios, that supports founders through brand identity, storytelling, production, and experiential activations—blending editorial precision with artful, community-centered execution.
Whether I’m developing a brand’s creative foundation, directing a fitness video series, or producing an IRL culinary-focused experience, I’m driven by clarity, curiosity, and a deep respect for the ways people gather, nourish, and express themselves.
