Every dish I create is rooted in seasonality, nutrition, and intention. I cook with responsibly sourced ingredients and prioritize whole foods that are satiating, nutrient-dense, and supportive of overall wellness—always gluten-free, refined sugar free, and gut-loving.

I studied nutrition, and am well-versed in a variety of dietary needs, from paleo and dairy-free to vegan, grain-free, and low-FODMAP.

I also specialize in pre- and postnatal nutrition and love supporting expectant and new mamas with real food that nourishes both body and soul.
